There's a hairstyle that's taken centre stage

Adopted by women of every age.

Young or old, dark or fair

The fashion now is for long, straight, hair.

 

Now straight hair's fine when it's nice and neat,

In a plait, a pony-tail or a pleat,

Or , if it's short and beautifully styled,

But not when it's long, unkempt and wild.

 

There are fads and fashions in language too,

Like acronyms and syndromes, to name a few:

 

LSH for long straight hair,

SDS for self delusion.

These two go hand in hand

Let there be no confusion

When LSH meets SDS

Need I say more? It equates to mess.
