After meeting the love of her life, Harry, in Brisbane in her teenage years, she provided a stable Catholic homelife for her husband and four children. Having a keen intelligence she completed an Arts degree from Queensland University at the same time as her twin girls.
Always interested in words, and inspired by her English-teaching stepfather, Gloria has had a lifelong passion for poetry. She continues to write on the vagaries of life as she approaches her naughty nineties.
