Coming Apart At The Seams

I’m coming apart at the seams I am

I’m coming apart at the seams

I never thought in my wildest dreams

That I’d be coming apart at the seams.

When I was young I’d dance all night

And never a care had I

But all of a sudden I found I was old

So swiftly the years do fly.

I went to the doctor, he gave me a pill

And then he sent me for a test

And when I heard what he had to say

I really felt depressed.

‘You’re coming apart at the seams,’he said

‘You’re coming apart at the seams,

Coming apart, coming apart,

Coming apart at the seams’.

Life’s very short, it goes in a flash,

Don’t waste it by lying in bed.

Just make the most of every day,

Because you’re a long time dead.

Don’t go coming apart, coming apart

Coming apart at the seams

Coming apart, coming apart,

Coming apart at the seams.
